My condolences for your uncle and your family, that's sad. However he is in a commercial that's a parody, just like I'm doing a parody of that. So was he stupid for appearing in the fake commercial as well?

But you're a Canuck, and as such your opinions don't count with true Americans.

If that was true, all the Yanks wouldn't have made that big a deal when a CBC blogger poked fun of Palin lol.

Although I think moetthepoet is an idiot.

Some western tribe started calling Ward Churchill, "Walking Eagle" honorarily because, according to them, he was so full of shit, he couldn't fly.

Look at his bone structure, he is a white man who grew his hair long and plays at being part Indian because it makes him feel like he is an oppressed minority and that gives him the right to be pissed at everyone-all-the-time in a permanent adolescent tantrum towards the USA. He is free to leave the country at any time though.

maybe you should actually look into these claims before you post them.
There are two groups calling themselves the real American Indian Movement, the Grand Governing Council, and the Autonomous Federation of Chapters of AIM. both have long standings and members of the original group, both declare the other to be false.

Churchill has criticized people like Dennis Banks and Bradley calling them sellouts, and hang around the fort Indians since before they started to call him stuff like walking eagle. They also kicked him out of their version of AIM about 6 months after the split occurred and Churchill left AIM, he replied by stating that they had a good sense of humor trying to kick him out of an organization he was never part of (the grand governing council) and never wanted to be part of.

The grand Governing councils website is full of paypal links and merch you can buy to support them, and they don't really do anything The Autonomous Federation does stuff like disrupt the Columbus Day parades, and has people like Rustle Means who is the head of the Lakota Freedom Delegation.
Weather he is or is not Indian should be determined by his local community, which has definitely over and over shown that they accept him.

And he has dedicated his like to furthering Indian causes and defending indigenous peoples. he claims to be 1/16th Indian, so yeah he probably would look pretty white. Indian or not though, his critiques and analysis is intense and controversial
