The Iron Penis Festival (Kanamara Matsuri) 金まら祭り Part 2

This is the Kanamara Matsuri (2007), a yearly fertility festival held at Kanamara Shrine in Kawasaki, Japan. Also known as the Iron Penis Festival.

Penis-laden temple floats (o-mikoshi) are paraded down the streets of Kawasaki and everybody gets drunk. The festival has a lot foreign tourists and Tokyo's transvestite community.

I had such a fun time at this festival because it was such a laugh.
