The fact that The Professor called the campus police to come to HIS HOUSE to clarify HE LIVED THERE, should have assured THE STUPID ASS COP that he did indeed lived there.

My brother is 46 BM, he gets stopped all the time in his porsche, they think he's a criminal/drugs dealer.
my brother is a retired computer analyst who does stocks & shares and property developing.
I do not believe that the woman in this vid knows what she is talking about. This kind of thing happens to black people disproportionately more than it happens to anybody else. Racial profiling will only dissapear when many white people stop thinking that they are racially superior to everybody else.

Hi zim, Crowley LIED on the witness.
Lucia Whalen reported to the 911 operator that she thought one man was Hispanic and did not get a good look at the other man at all. She also said that they might live there and be locked out and mentioned that she saw luggage. (Gates just arrived home from China.)
Crowley lied in his police report and claimed Whalen told him she saw two black men with backpacks enter the home.
1 maybe Hispanic/1 unidentified = 2 black men
Crowley's "word" is worthless.

Let me explain something to you 'not so bright' black people. Yes gates was in his own home. Its the officers JOB to make sure Gates lived there.
Now this is where is gets messy: Gates gave the cop alot of shit when all he had to do was cooperate with the police and that wouls be the end of it....but No, he acted like an Ahole!!
