  • @LaserSailor87 Thanks for the tips. I agree on the crotch strap placement - it looks like it's be tough to ditch with the crotch on the buckle side.

  • Good stuff!! Only, I keep my crotch strap loose, rather than bound by the buckle. This way, I don't have to deal with stepping through the damn thing every time I put on the rig. I just put it on, pull the crotch strap up, and thread the loose end of the webbing through it. Works great on a bouncing boat. I also prefer the criss-cross position for the shoulder webbing... it's a more natural feel. I find that the uncrossed position causes the inside part of the webbing to dig into my shoulders.
