HAF 912: Yes, but you'll have to remove the upper hard drive cage. Tempest 410: I have no idea.

Yes. At least the Asus version, which is 27.9 cm deep (and as he shows in the vid, the case takes graphics cards up to 30 cm).

This cases code name is 'your mom' because it snugly fits 12 inches. You have to be skillful though. ( 4:16 should answer your question) That will even fit a 7970 at 11inch
