If serbia never acted like yugoslavia is a land of serbs and some other unimportant nations, maybe croatians wouldn't need to seek their independence. It wasn't illegally declared independence. It was declared under constitution of yugoslavia. So get your fact's right before you put up your stupid ignorant comments. Macedonian soldier was killed at demonstration after massacre of 14 police officers in Borovo village. He was SHOT, not strangled as you said....

if croatia never declared independence, there wouldn't have been a war. its as simple as that. Yugoslavia would have stayed together and there would have been peace. It was Croats, Slovenes, and Bosniaks who destroyed Yugoslavia by illegaly declaring independence. As for the soldier, he was Macedonian and he was strangled by the crowd protesting in front of the JNA building in Split.
