Democracy will come to Iran when there is democracy within the basic family unit, within the schools, within all small facets of life. Democracy is not a grand goal to suddenly achieve, but a small step at each persons front door. When you see such injustice, stop it. Fight it. Lest tomorrow one of those students desires to be a teacher just like the one he has. The cycle of violence must be broken, else it continues on.
