Sam Hird - Mary

Sam Hird is a Songwriter from the North West of England. After studying Music at Music School then University, Sam now writes and performs his own songs.
The majority of his songs are performed on Guitar but he also plays the Violin, Piano, Mandolin and Banjo. Having studied classical Music pretty much all his life, Sam's choice of Harmony when Song writing is unique compared to the modern day Songwriter, therefore presenting a unique edge in the Singer/Songwriter world.
Since leaving University Sam has performed all over the UK, including the main stage at the Wickerman festival. Sam is continually developing his unique sound with a full band and is without doubt one to watch.
