He is NOW talking about a Prophet to come not an Angel or ghost. Thats why he says test it. Before we couldnt test the spirit because he will been in us and with us (Angel) and now we can test him like other Prophets because Jesus states "Test them if they are from God" And we did Prophet Muhammad is a Prophet and a Brothers of Israel.
