Javier Espinoza, 16, the cousin of Pedro Espinoza, an 18th Street gang member who is on trial for the murder of Jamiel Shaw Jr. testifies in Los Angeles Superior court, in downtown LA.

He is asked about the murder of Jamiel Shaw, 18th Street, the Alsace click of 18th Street, the Bloods, and conversations he had with Pedro Espinoza after the March 2, 2008 murder.

Because the witness is a minor, we were not allowed to show his face, so the camera stays on the DA and the defendant.
