Asafa Powell - in terms of running speed, is actually faster than Usain Bolt. What Makes Usain Bolt cover MORE distance in a shorter space of TIME however, is because of his longer strides. Asafa Powell is the faster car with the smaller wheels I think. Maybe I'm wrong but his legs certainly always look as if they're moving faster than Bolt's. And he is definately faster than Tyson Gay.
