Dude try to use the new version off Project 64, I have the same problems on Project 64, but in new version, go to Visual Plug-in and mark the option Wireframes.

The game will turn in wire frames, and is a bit confusing on the parts with underwater action. But at least you can See what you are doing =D

PS: I LOVE this song specially the final part that loops when you are getting near of Impact.
