@Mr2tuff why are there so many "research" bases? you dont need that many to research wildlife do you? seems a bit unnecessary/excessive? But who knows lol

@Mr2tuff actually, they dont just study ice and wildlife. they also work in geology, surveying the land, discovering ancient ice lakes deep underground, studing tectonics, and yes, they do study the local flora and fauna, and how global warming is affecting them. I have family down there, and my country holds most of the continent uncontested. also, antarctica may hold the worlds largest uranium and iron deposits. so no good reason to go down there, right?

@drbobdobalina Do you have any comprehension of why 4000 people have been down there since 1960 with over 30 countries to study Ice and 3 types of penguins and seals. Maybe you should watch the updates and find out why they're down there before you get both feet stuck in your mouth.
