Okay, I don't tinhat, and I never say that Adam and Tommy are together in RL.
But, the biggest case to make for it comes at :49 to 1:02. Adam caresses Tommy's face, then they kiss, Tommy initiating the tongue. They pull back, and Adam is biting his lip.
There is a feeling of poigancy and raw emotion in those few seconds that push it past a stage act. Take that how you will.

Everytime I see an Adommy kiss in slow motion I realize that Tommy's shooting a glance on Adam and I can't prevent thinking that he has or had a little crush on Adam or in the end is/was in love with him...
I know that they'll never be together but I can see what they did on stage and the rest is my fantasy... a very sick brain ;-)
I haven't got the best english so - sry for the mistakes ^.^
