Baby gerbil gets a bath from his dad!

Thelonius (my daddy gerbil) gives his little tike, Dexter, a good washing behind the ear. Dexter squeaks a bunch in protest because he thinks he's clean enough already. But dad knows best! Theo takes very good care of his youngsters.

Dexter looks like Ash. He was my bro's male, and I think there's a video on here somewhere with him and my two (Ash's sisters). Sadly, Ash passed away last May at only 7 months. His death remains a mystery to me.

@TheDucky399 No. It doesn't. They squeak when happy, excited, content ect. They CAN squeak when they're in pain, but it has a different pitch, slightly higher and more frequently, as well as actively trying to get away. I've bred and studied gerbs for the past 9-10 years.
