Obama on Presidential Signing Statements

In 2008, Obama promised he would never use signing statements. On April 15, 2011 Obama used a signing statement to avoid abiding by a provision in the budget bill to de-fund some of his czars.
And so far he has issued over 15 signing statements.

@ObamaBiden2012 NDAA is older than the Patriot Act. Go research the 2011, 2010, 2009, 2008, 2007, 2006, 2005, 2004, 2003, 2002, 2001, 2000, 1999, or 1998 NDAAs... readily available via Google.

@dave97202 Although i agree with you, using racial slurs only hurts our cause. Yes the left is just as racist, if not more so, but the point is, we are better than that and we need to act like it.
