Here's a clip of a Bearded Collie puppy during a herding lesson on the same day I first took Celeste to see sheep. You'll notice a marked difference in inherited style between the two breeds.

The Border Collie--for a real reason like you just saw with him [a border collie]--is referred to as the Cadillac of herding breeds: they are so instinctive. It's what we spend a lot of time with all the other breeds on. Teaching how to stay out, how to go around, he did that naturally his first time out.
