@toomuchtunza I've mostly thought they both were more than just first love but more like those pendants where the two halves fit together.
most telling thing is that Joan fought tooth & nail for an all girl rock band. she let Cherie go but it appears it affected her so deeply that she hasn't allowed a single female in the blackhearts in the 3 decades since. if that ain't a love story I dunno what is. the only thing louder than Joan's guitar are her silences, the things she doesn't share

@wweleah maybe you've seen the video but when she met Letterman when she was 29 he was really surprised and kept saying to her "I expected someone older but you are just a kid" over and over and she was like " I am a kid " lol
her clock stopped at her 30 birthday she is even hotter and better looking now lol make me wish if I could be like her when I older

thats so crazy to think she was 40 yrs old here....man she doesnt even look like it, she looks like in her upper 20s. I bet she'll be rockin when shes 60 :) and i hope she is shes amazing :D
