Anita was at the pinnacle of her success when she chose to open a new franchise for Keller Williams in Sherman Oaks, California, where she was the founding team leader and part owner of the franchise.

Anita is now the founder one of the most successful real estate teams in Los Angeles--The Rich Group out of Hollywood and Sherman Oaks.

Her energy and integrity have made her a force to be reckoned with throughout the industry, and boasting 23 listings over $5 million, has become a respected expert in the luxury home market.
