Worst phone you can buy. It gets no service, low memory storage, not able to change phones because it doesn't use sim card, drops a lot of calls, my friends also have boost and they do not have these problems. I still think its BOOST MOBILE's fault because they are not answering my calls to customer care rep. I need a phone for college? anyone have any suggestions? leave me comments!
What? This was one of the best phones I ever had, before touch screens started to come out?

The phone is probably CDMA, that's why there's no SIM card.

dude this was my first boost mobile phone back then at the end of 2006. At the time it was unlimited service and text throughout california for 55 dollars a month was more than a bargain for me and signal was kick ass. I don't know how or what has happened to your service or phone but my w385 for boost mobile was kick ass it was all i needed because at the time there was no touch screen phones until the end of 07 to me it was worth buying at the time I'm still with boost today sanyo incognito.

Quit moaning. Some people only want a basic phone. P.S. Reduce the resolution of your photos.

I've had the Boost W385 since it came out and everything's perfect. Great reception, flawless audio, only a few dropped calls in several years and so on. It's not a flashy, exciting phone or anything but it does its job and it does it well for calls, texts, media mail, internet using Opera Mini and various other functions. When they stopped producing them I grabbed 3 more and will store them so I could have a backup when this phone dies eventually. I'm sorry it didn't work for you but I love it.

Honestly no offense, but your making a big deal out of it, and it is not the worst phone ever, my bro has problems with his i410 with the network, and plus i went through about 3 iPod touches so far, and my third one is still giving me problems, and that dent you were talking about is nothing, I bought a psp and it was wavy at then corner of the screen. So I returned my psp, but that wasn't the main reason. I suggest you returned yours and get another.
