As another HK student who studies in England, I must say it's not like that.

Nationality, tuition fees and academic results are not how they decide what room a student gets.

Also, I find your title rather misleading, saying 倫敦 曼徹斯特 - so are you in London or Manchester, or Leeds as your linked URL says?

And please, at least get someone to check your English grammar before saying you're an outstanding student on that website. And being a medical student, you can't just base your point on one case!

As 96king97 pointed out, oversea tuition fees are obviously different as there is not government funding for international students.

And why would the university's housing department care what tuition fee status you have...?

You also seem to be making the suggestion that people who get better grades should have better rooms...

You're making a conclusion just on one case.

Your title is misleading: 英國倫敦 曼徹斯特? So are you in London or Manchester? According to the linked website, it seems that you're in Leeds?

The writer of the article on the linked website claims to be an outstanding student in academics, and to me, it seems that the English grammar used isn't too convincing.

You have to understand that British student is support by British gov, so foreign student need to pay full fee. HK uni will charge full fee for those foreign students, it also around 5times more than HK home student.

I think that is make up. I've been student in uk for a long time. see me friends around the country. their room is no different than home student. If he have that problem, he should complain to the uni.
