I'm wanting to do exactly what you have done. I have the same boat, but i dont know how to get around the horizontal steering problem as (i hope you know) i have two propeller shafts which dont move horizontally to change direction. they just change speeds to go in whatever direction. Please can you try and help me with a soloution?

This is the Ed Hardy version Viper boat with a 40mm PowerJet jet drive with the steering fins removed and a custom turning nozzle with trim adjust installed.
