YOU SHOULD HAVE MADE THEM PROVE THEY HAVE THE NOTE NONE OF THESE MORTGAGE CO, HAVE THE NOTE AND IF THEY CANT PROVE IN COURT WHO OWNS THE PROPERTY THEY CANT TAKE IT ASK THE JUDGE FOR THE PROOF NOT A FREE HOME JUST DISCOVERY OF WHO OWNS WHO OWNS SO FAR YOU DO AS YOU LIVE THERE THEY DONT NO NOTE !!! excatly..the value of the home decreases but yet the payments still go up..why couldn't obama put a temp freeze on this..mortage companies are above the law and find so many loop holes..saxon lost our escrow account and flat out refuses to look into it..mean time we didn't know and a year later send us a foreclouser letter..then they worked something out with us, because of there fault now we have to pay 400 more a month

My husband and I have been trying for a loan modification from Saxon who got our mortgage from AmTrust. This company is a total rip off. I am about to start calling the news channels and see if they would want to investigate this "company" They should be ashamed for fleecing the American people. They are living off the suffering of people ( for no fault of their own with this economy )
Maybe a joint lawsuit with all the hundreds of people who they are robbing, would bring some satisfaction.

@Linda19730 - Yes... That is probably what needs to happen... We just finished up our Bankruptcy and ready to start over... I will be doing some videos on starting over after all this... The good news we are dept free know... But have new plans to find a small piece of property and work on being self sufficient... And make videos of the entire process... If any thing it will help some one that has to go threw it... We and your family will make it threw this... Just keep your faith....

we have saxon mortage and they screwed us over big time some times I think they rather foreclose than anything

Yes... It is sad... Its all about $... Some people just dont care... Instead of Home Make Over shows... We should have Save The Home Shows... Give people some kinda hope... Not hand outs... Just hand ups...
