WOW! Day 1 of the Global Real Time Group Shred Mission (a.k.a. the RTP Transformation Contest) has been completely off the Richter!

The ShredderSphere has literally exploded in the past 24 hours with 475 Shredders from 28 different countries hitting the GO Button on their individual physique transformation Missions!

This has truly been a sight to behold, as only a couple of months ago the ShredderSphere had 21 Members in the pre-release Phase! The rapid growth of this community in such a short period of time is mind-blowing!

CNN For The Sphere...Goes Live!

To commemorate the official kick-off of this Global Shred I have started a new daily video series called the "ShredCast" which will contain all the action, breaking news, announcements, forum questions addressed, "housekeeping", Shredder Spotlights, special guests, , mindset, motivation, training and nutrition tips for the duration of this historic 84-day Shred Mission to meet Tom Venuto New York City!

Introducing the Daily ShredCast

The daily "ShredCast" picks up where the wildly popular original Group Shred daily video series left off. Only difference is this time we have 84 daily episodes (instead of 14!) and 475 Confirmed Shredders (instead of 16!).

Put simply, the ShredderSphere.com exclusive Daily ShredCast is "must see TV" for all Shredders participating in the RTP Transformation Contest! With 475 Confirmed Shredders this is CNN for the Sphere!

How The 'Cast Will Be Published

Part 1 of each daily ShredCast Episode will be featured inside my blog post for that particular day and will contain the most important, breaking news in the Sphere for that day. Other parts of each day's episode will be published in the "ShredCast" Forum in the "RTP Media Center" located on the home page of the forums.

cheers adam,ive been trying to follow what your doing and its working i think,managed to go from 105kg to 92 but im still really struggling with a 6pac,been doing it for 60 days now and all i have is a 2pac any advice on training it?

I would have loved too do this as well, but im broke and on disability since 2001.I lost 50 pounds in 2 months a few years ago ,not by choice...I was really sick. I was ripped at one time but its gone now... Good luck Everyone!
