@HeangKoing No, thats just part of the training.. i did 11 reps first (training) after my warm ups (below 80 %) then hit a comfortable single on 150

Looks easy but you need 11 reps beyond 80% to get warmed?!

yea its squat still, but thts a disappointing to hear u say, tht like saying a ckean is clean, which is not a good view as the closer u techniquees are in squat n clean wil lean to improved/improving squats n clean. u kno tht. and i knew u werr gonna mentioned ur frame. u kno stand pretty narrow for ur height

It's not an excuse for lifting less weight, on the contary its quite the opposite. It's just simply the position I sit in when I do squats or cleans. If you look at my squat cleans they are far less vertical than most lifters (or any lifter with short legs)

I dunno it doesn't look very vertical, which is how you'd Want be when receiving cleans/snatch

It isn't that veritcal. But that is because of my body shape. It is impossible to sit upright because I have long legs.... the centre of gravity would be beyond the back of my heel making it impossible to lift. In any case it is still a squat so i can't see a problem.
