This may have made sense and been good, but the audio is a couple seconds behind the video and pretty much makes it worthless. To illustrate how the movements go with the sound produced with the technique. Sorry.

Its from an old camera phone, its bad but at least it gives a few hints ay? I put it up as no one else had at the time, anything was better than nothing. No need to see the fretting, its all about the middle finger ;)

cheers. Flick out with the middle finger to hit the D-string with the main flat part of the fingernail (you dont need long nails to play like this), then pull it straight back in. Use palm muting. Sounds much better with new strings too :)
