Where do I get that little tool?
It seems really useful and I'd like to own one.

Ok, I have them since I was 10... and my mom used the same method to get rid of them for me at home... which hurt badly if you don't have those numb medicine... I have a lot milia next to the eyeball it's to risky to do it at home... :(( my eyes always seems heavy because of them :((

@SusaWP millia can appear around the eyes , the nose and private parts

i had milia on my eyelids about eight years ago, and at the time i didn't know what they were, so i picked at them. the scars haven't faded even slightly, and i can't find the answer anywhere: is it even possible to remove milia scars?
-
You can do this yourself if its not on your eyelids, i know, i just got rid of the one that was right beneath my eye! Poke it and you just squeeze the gunk out with your fingers... only hurts a little!

*in addition to my previous comment---* as in, im scared that if i go to a dermatologist, they might create craters or something... :((

i really want to get rid of my milia on my forehead and cheeks, but im just scared it might create craters... will it??
-
What about milia under the eyes? Is this technique still advisable for that?
-
i've extracted my own milia before, just use something sharp and sterile to pierce the thick bubble it's in and the milia just pops out easily, you'll only have a little scab for a couple days :)

@altmad you can rub aloe vera on your face. i have milia and think its getting bad. im scared to pop it lik this.
How long before the removal marks (red marks) go away?

@cecere85
There are techniques which an aesthetician can use which will stop this from happening.

First, extractors come in different shapes and sizes. Many can be be obtained from a medical supply store. Extracting milia requires expertise and high magnification. Because these are so small, I do not recommend trying to extract them yourself. Even I would have a problem doing it (and I have have over 30 years experience).
