  • The funny thing is . . .

    you're right that we have to multiply every number by however many servings we are *actually* planning to eat . . .

    BUT

    those serving sizes would actually be pretty healthy.

    We should all try actually EATING those tiny portions . . .

    and then fill up our stomachs by including several servings of fresh vegetables (or fruit, or whole grains) with every meal.

    Measure out those tiny portions of unhealthy food, and give them some thought.
