Romney wants to close loopholes for the wealthy which will allow them to tax more of their earned income. THis also allows them to lower the tax rate across the board, while still generating revenue for the government to waste. Obama and his healthcare are taxing the people making 120K or less with taxes on things like crutches, certain medical devices, tanning etc. The current tax rate is what about 33-34%, he wants to raises taxes on the rich to 39%, you really think that will make a dent?

I hear you. But Romney has been taking extreme views on taxes that will force him to either follow through with them (redistributing wealth from the 99% to the 1%), or change his tune and continue Obama's proposed tax policy (modest tax rates for the middle class and Clinton-era marginal tax rates that the rich actually think are okay.

i feel you generally, but keep in mind obama only started getting unreasonably populist after 2 years of being called a islamo-facist stalinist or whatever those morons think. (which is ridiculous, as the only reason healthcare reform got passed was because the insurance companies loved all the new customers) even now, you can't argue that making the slightly dubious attacks (sometimes substantiated) about bain hurting workers is anywhere near as bad as what the republicans do ALWAYS.

Not really, we would rather focus on things that actually matter. Which, coincidentally, are the very things that Obama has failed miserably at. The economy, the deficit, immigration, jobs, a balanced budget. Tax returns are all Obama has to talk about. He certainly can't campaign on his own record. He wants America to think Romney sucks worse than he does. It's his only hope. Fact is, I don't care what Romney does with HIS money, I care about what Obama does with TAXPAYER'S money.
