If you research those entire verses, the history of the time, and relate it to other scriptures, you will find that Paul said a woman's hair is her natural covering & he did not agree with women wearing "cloths, or scarfs" over their heads, for this was a Jewish custom/form of legalism, and not a church ordiance. So, basically when you examine the texts in relation to the entire Bible, and the current time period, you will find this is simply a mis-interpretation.
