From what I can tell, it seems your mic won't do the settings. Try to change to 16bit mono 48KHz. I had mine set too high and it wouldn't take either.

hmm, they don't have a troubleshooting guide for the Mac. I guess they have less problems. Check out the troubleshooting guide either way about USB mics and routers. If you have the current java environment installed, then you shouldn't have too much problem with their website. I couldn't get the Google side to work very well, but haven't had much trouble with their original site.
