iphone Itouch earbuds adaptation

These Jabra Eargel pads are a cheap alternative to buying an expensive pair of earbuds. If you've had problems finding a pair that fits comfortably, with earbuds constantly popping out of your ears with the slightest turn of your head, maybe this will help, instead of dishing out a lot of money trying to find a pair that works. Hah! I was hearing Ray Romano too! Too bad the Jabra gels don't actually fit in the ear. I got the 3 pack and even the smallest one was HUGE and wouldn't fit in my ear.

do they make any that you can wear with your hearing aids for your ear buds? i have RIC hearing aids, my ear buds do fit in my ears with my hearing aids but then after a few minutes they will start to want to fall out
