  • I tried more than 20 airlines, Wardair and Canadian were the 2 with good food, good service and spacious legroom. It is very hard to find good airlines nowadays in North America.

  • Canadian Airlines should never have been allowed to buy them out, in hindsight they probably wished someone would have stopped them.

  • Thank the late great Max Ward for his creation. All started as a bush pilot to the awesome airline we saw fly away in the 90's after takeover by Canadian. Now his A310's fly with the RCAF. Flying VIP's and the Royals.

  • I took my first flight with them, March 21st, 1977 on "The Phil Garrett", YVR-HNL. Was terrified to fly (I was 8), but the beautiful tanned flight attendants made a big fuss over me, and I fell in love with flying! Have since worked for AC, CP, QF, and have flown for NZ for 8 years now. 23 years in the industry, and I owe it all to you Wardair! What a classy airline you were!!!! If any of you hosties are still flying, I say THANK-YOU!

  • I worked for them from November 1980 to December 1989. Great place to work.

  • I flew with them back in 1982: it was the first time I was on a 747, miss them:(

  • Remeber flying their 747's and A310's. They were a good airline
