@santiago540 I think what happens is that he's out walking with his girlfriend or wife and she gets ran over by a car. Afterwards he goes to his appartment and takes some pills (or drugs) to deal with his depression. After that he gos out for a walk to get a bit of frsh air (or think about life or the "accident") and has a heart attack from either the pills he took or the grief of losing the only thing that mattered to him. And so he died.
