  • so on a normal day i have

a bowl of honey nut cherrios with 1% milk

then have an orange for a snack

then i have a pbj with a banana for lunch

    then i usuallly workout

    a glass of chocolate milk

and finally grilled chicken with veggies

    is this a good diet

  • lots of water the day before you workout or you will have no energy

  • Don't wanna debate the issue with nature vs nurture. These dudes are obviously gay. Question: when they talk the way they talk, by that, I mean their gayish tones, is that real, or are they faking their voice to sound gayer to attract the same sex? Always wonder that.

  • I've decided to go on a diet, and I'm working out in a gym ofc, but does the diet affect the reps you're doing in a set? Like if you should do less reps while in a diet to maintain youre muscles better? I read that somewhere, but if someone could give me some answers that would be great thanks!

  • Hey, easy on the Gays. They always seem to be the most fit and I'm gonna try this and see what kind of results I can get.

  • I'd say the guy on the right get a lot of hsi protein via cock meat .

  • what should i actualy eat idk i think this in my biggast problem

  • for each meal throughout the day, i would probably do light eating, like salads, sandwiches, fruits, etc...just to feel energetic and not feeling weighed down, as well as eating enough to be satisfied until you eat again.

example: bagel, apple, eggs, juice for breakfast. fruits for brunch. sandwich/sub for lunch with juice or water. energy bar/nutri-grain for afternoon snack. pasta, salad for dinner, i usually dont eat past 7pm. so that would complete my day. as well as working out. ^_^

  • just the food you normally do just like 1/3 less
