Flash has "Keyboard Shortcut" preferences which are found in different places depending on which version of Flash you are using, and whether you are using a Mac or Window's based PC. Check under "Flash" menu on Mac, and under "Edit" (I believe) on PC.

Hello i am trying to follow your steps however i have a problem. Everytime i Draw a circle i get an outline of black. Kinda looks the same as yours; however everytime i try to move the object(circle) the only thing that moves is the inside. It only moves in parts. Also i cant send an obeject to the back by hitting control down arrow or up arrow. Do you know why?
