  • so where do i get a pair of those spikes?

  • @lol1808 o well i found his problem..... he needs a bigger pole lol

  • @arushchannel I don't know any. I just read this information in an interview from him some month ago

  • @lol1808 is there a video of him practicing at 6.5

  • i really want to see a new world record in my new favorite sport

  • During training , he use to attemps 6.50 m high, just to get used to "throw" his feets that high. It is supposed to make him strongger mentally, in order not to be afraid of high bars.

  • Proof for us shorter athletes!, you dont have to be tall to be a great polevaulter! 6M vaulters dont all seem to be the taller athletes. Mostly the faster athletes that jump at take off. Some of the taller 6M vaulters also jumped at take off except for Tim Mack. The speed and gymnastic ability is a much greater factor. Tall guys jump higher with less speed. But in the end faster and better technique will win, It just means anyone can jump high! Thats what's great about pole vaulting.!

  • He's still on 5.10m poles I'm guessing..he's gripping in the same general spots he did on some of his other videos, 5.10 14.1 poles i believe.

  • Were his standards seriously at 80?
