Actually it wasn't the Farmer's Daughter it was the Farmer's Daughter-in-Law, he was in fact more of a rancher than a farmer, and actually Lenny never said that exact line. If we are being pedantic that is.

why do people feel a need to compare. these guys are from ireland and are out 25 years later.. they are a great band and this song is very unique. I duno why people cant enjoy the music instead of enjoying their opinions

It's just the influence is strong man, people will always compare bands, always. Oasis-Beatles ! Audioslave-Led Zepplin, TOOL-King Crimson. Just happens.
