i got 13.4 dl and 8 up with 35ms ping...wouldnt bother me but its supposed to be 72mb. did the test mid day from home

looking at the isp average ...you must of dine that at an off peak time like late a t night or early in the morning

This is at a School!! no one else in the country apart from schools and universities use UKRENA as the ISP.

sounds in the background suggest you're in an office or school. These locations typically have firewalls. Your speeds are likely the result of a bounce back from this and not your actual internet connectivity.

mine 62/4. im on cable (cable modem with bonding channels). not fiber optics, ethernet, etc. just cable.

pause at 0:30, it clearly says 800mb = 1 min

No man. 12.5 Mb/s=1,5625MB/s (byte>bit, byte is 8x lagrer than bit) 1,5625*800=1250secs
1250/60=about 21 minutes so thats 800MB/21mins
I get about 4-5 x that speed
