Forest Of Shadows is a Swedish progressive post-doom metal band formed in 1997. Today the only member left is the founder one, Niclas Frohagen, who now writes lyrics, composes music and plays all the instruments in his songs.

These songs are special for their amazing atmosphere, musical perfection and reflective lyrics.

This one is called Wish, and originates from the demo album 'Where Dreams Turn To Dust', back from 2000.

@SecondFlex In my opinion, this song is about someone being so distraught over the loss of his significant other, he has lost the will to go on any longer. Therefore he doesn't.
