This is the same children as in the one from Arizona. If they are really foster children from SC you can't put their pictures on the Internet, but they are probably not since they look just like the ones from Arizona.

@steffyb528 These children are NOT in foster care. It states that at the end of the video. They are children who have been ADOPTED from foster care. They are children of friends of mine (I am a foster parent, my children's pictures are not in the videos as they have not been adopted yet). The children pictured are from all over the US, not from SC. The only thing different among the different videos is the state statistics, the pictures are the same for all videos.

@erin012186 ok, thanks for clarifying. I was really thrown when all the kids were the same as the last video I watched from you, and there has been a big thing here lately in our county about some foster kids pictures showing up on facebook. Good luck. I hope you get to adopt your foster children. I have had 4 foster children, and hope to adopt one day too. Just not the right time yet.
