is all down to the person's taste bud... this one is spicy... not sure if the japanese people can deal with it... and yes you put too much water so the taste is a bit tasteless, amateur mistake lol
and of course you can add more ingredients into it, my 2 cents :)

I think mee laksa is addictive, just don't put too much water in it cause then the flavor wont be balance. From what I see they prepare this one with tooo much water.
