  • that was f'd up, i'm scared... see what happens when you don't finish typing "coleman" before hitting enter, and you have an unhealthy curiosity of things

  • Excellent Video - well described & well preformed. A+

  • @johnlvs2run but the enema only cleans the rectum, the colema cleans the whole bowel

  • @halavon I can't get the fact that i should put a finger in my anus?!

  • This video was far more informative than others I have seen and the board looks much more substantial and well thought out. My only concern (and I realize this was for demonstration purposes) was how the woman placed a box on top of the toilet tank to hold the bucket. It seemed like a cardboard box and unstable. Like the video says, 5 gallons of water is quite heavy, so the water bucket needs to be supported or you will be in for quite a mess if that falls over! lol

  • I want one!

  • I suggest to all not to sit on the toilet seat but to put your feet on it and stay crouched. To assume the position you would if you had to defecate on the ground. That is the natural position and provides a good edmpting of the bowel. Try and feel the difference! Another way to clean the entire digestive is to drink lot of warm salt water not very pleasing but effective. I'm not obsessed with internal cleansing but i think is a good help to maintain health and worth doing it sometimes

  • @bboyjs I guess u have a shower sometimes. Why do u wash the outside and not the inside? Colema is much more effective than enema bag. To those who think it is not necessary such a thing i say after you defecate stick a finger in your anus as much as you can, you may need lubrificant i usually dont . It should not be painful, if it is just a temporary inflamation and u have to wait. U may find hard feces stuck there. If it is so u may assume than they can remain stuck inside the intestine.

  • @johnlvs2run ... you are so right, especially if your time for flushing out is limited. You take a full bag when you feel the need?

  • An enema bag is much easier.
