If it wasn't for Star Trek I would have never went to college, I never would have fell in love with space, I never would have amounted to a damn thing and would have wasted a life on nothing important, because of fictional characters I was inspired to do better, the entire premise of Star Trek was to always be better, to expand, to boldly go where you thought you could never go, where others wouldn't go, to do things no other would do.

Thank you, Star Trek, you gave my life meaning.
