The l.d. 50 for humans is unkown we only know what the l.d. 50 is for mice because in order to figure out the l.d. 50 you would have to kill half your test subjects. You're talking about a safety ratio which shows effective dose:lethal dose. Either way you're right you'd need to smoke many times your own weight under 5 minutes.

That reporter is kinda muddying the waters with that last comment. Obviously these dispensaries are not buying it from Mexican drug cartels. It is the illegal suppliers doing that, so it seems like a bit of a cheap shot. If it was legal, very few people would choose shoddy mexican weed from cartels rather than US grown bud or BC bud!
