    And im a guy by the way, im actually skinny its just that i was chubby before and got bodyfat left on my hips that i wanna get ride of!

  • I have lost a lot of weight and have had a really hard time finding a good workout for my hips. I can feel the burn right in the spot I need. I've only been doing it like two days! Thanks so much! Hope I will see the results!!!

  • Just did both legs, I couldn't manage the whole work out as the burn was too much me at the moment. I guess this means it works and the moves are simple and effective and do burn. Hopefully this should help. I shall keep doing these everyday. Thanks!

  • Great workout video to trim your hips. You can also achieve the same result at a shorter time at 7minute.org. They have a workout program which only requires 7 minutes.

  • This was my first video i watched and this the one that made me subscribe! I was looking for outer butt workouts and this is killer I love it.

  • This really burns! Seems like it works really well. If I do this exercise every day, 5 minutes on each side, when will I begin to see a result? Please answer! :)
