Paradise Pier RCT3 ~Park Download~

Things you must do before opening the park in RCT3:

1. You must edit your RCT3 options to allow tracks to intersect with scenery, terrain, other rides, and itself. Your game will crash if you don't do this! I have included an RCT3 options editor in this download. Install it and check the boxes for the things I mentioned above. You don't have to worry about this if you already have these options.

2. Turn off shadows. Your game will also crash if you don't do this, not sure why.

3. Place the folder titled "Custom" into your style folder. ( C:/Program Files/Atari/RollerCoaster Tycoon 3/Style). This is the Golden Zephyr flat ride. Remember, you are copying and pasting the entire folder, not just the contents.

4. Place the contents of the folder titled "Custom Scenery" into your Themed folder. (C:/Program Files/Atari/RollerCoaster Tycoon 3/Style/Themed). NOTE: This only includes the essential custom scenery packs. There are others, but the park will still load fine without them and won't make that big of a difference. Included is a short video of my Paradise Pier. If things look like they are missing, you are are missing some custom scenery. Message me about it!

5. Place the contents of the folder titled "Park Files" into your Parks folder (C:/Users/~your name~/Documents/RCT3/Parks).

6. Place the contents of the folder titled "Path" into (C:/Program Files/Atari/RollerCoaster Tycoon 3/Path)

7. Place the contents of the folder titled "Queue" into (C:/Program Files/Atari/RollerCoaster Tycoon 3/Queue)

8. Uncheck the view supports option in the game (when you click on the glasses icon in the game). The reason you have to do this is because I never bothered getting rid of the existing supports for California Screamin.


Your done! You may now open the park up in RCT3. Feel free to make changes or add on to the park. You can make your own version of the World of Color if you want! I decided to release it unfinished because I lost motivation for the project, but wanted people to be able to enjoy my work. You MUST credit me if you decide to upload videos of it, post pictures, etc. Please message me on youtube if you do make changes to my park and post a video because I want to see what you've done with it =)

Please help :( It keeps crashing at 35%

I have tried everything! I did everything that was written in the instructions, i even tried loading the park without the custom folder in style.. :( I turned the shadows off... EVERYTHING!

Please help me, I really want this... I even subbed.

@portokal3117 I am still confused at why this park does not load for everyone. I am out of ideas too, I have been experimenting on my friend's computer and it seems that it randomly works on some computers, but not on others...Sorry! I will let you know if I discover something

@Rexar4living Also, I can't seem to find the tubes! Please help! :( I am re-creating the CaliforniaScreamin coaster and I can't find any tubes for the lift hill... PLEASE HELP! :(

@portokal3117 The tubes are waterslide tubes that come with Soaked. You have to allow track to intersect in order to place the waterslide on top of a rollercoaster track.

I have done what you have told me to do and the game still crashes at 35%, so it can not be the CFR and i still think it is the CS and i also need to to know is the towers rides in your park CFR's or just normal ones that came with the game. Also could you reupload the download again instead of using rapidshare because evertime i download stuff it does not work and also could you send it through a PM on here. :)

@gavt1976 The Mailiboomer comes with the game, its the golden zephyr that is the flat ride. Do you know of a good file sharing website? I don't know of anything besides rapidshare.

I HAVE AN IDEA! :) Can you save the California Screamin track and upload the trk file please? :) I have been trying to copy the ride but i failed.

Mediafile is a good one to used and it is better than rapidshare. I have got this ride golden zephyr and it works fine in my other park that i am working on. But what are the tower rides near the giant wheel, because are they the normal ones that comes with the game. :)

@gavt1976 Its not the park file because I know some people who got it to work. I am thinking the problem may be the flat ride.. Try loading the park without the custom folder in "style."
