If it helps anyone... I'm going to admit being a binge eater YUP. umm I'm on day two of the master cleanse and am doing it to get out of the habit of bingeing everyday. It was getting too repetitive and DULL to be honest. For me I know that the master cleanse will be the right path to wash away my old life and start off new. For me its about breaking the habit. Nonetheless, thankyou so much pedalpetals for your videos, so much info! I guess the cleanse has different uses for different people!

Responding to your video - I read the original book and updated book about the master cleanse, and it's safe to be on the cleanse longer than 10 days but no more than 40 days. I like your videos a lot and I'm glad you didn't delete them. The weight one looses from the MC is fecal matter, mucus, and water weight. It's not a diet or diet fad. There are people who fast for 40 days for religious reasons. But, don't feel bad about your MC experience. Happy to see your still online. You look great!

Going into the cleanse...you already have to have the mindset to totally change your habits and lifestyle. I for one plan to go vegan for a while. but that was my plan BEFORE I started this cleanse. I did the cleanse 2 years ago for 18 days...and I stopped eating red meat. Haven't eaten pork since I was 5. This time I plan to do 21 days, just to give my digestive system a break, and my body a head start to my new way of eating. Also it was for some inner focus issues I was/am having!

I hope you come back online soon.. I would really love to share my own knowledge with you about food and eating and loosing weight.. I have seen lots of people on here with outrageous goals for loosing weight. In mid april.. I was 210lbs.. by today... well lets say yesterday lol .. I weighed myself then..so it was 158lbs yep..thats right a wopping 52lbs in 4 mos! and I did not cleanse.. I just drastically changed my eating habits..if you havent already.. check out dr. sebi here on youtube......
The MC is solely for a cleanse, not for losing weight. What you do afterward is your own thing, and it has nothing to do with the MC. You only mention protein in this video; what about minerals and vitamins? Protein is a marketing tactic for people to consume milk and meat more. I'm glad you're reading more about Raw Veganism and that you're in a happy place :)
