Windows Live Messenger (BETA) 2009 Problem

Hi, my name is Cole Boyko, and when I go to sign into Windows
Live Messenger Beta 2009, it says "Signing into Windows Live
Messenger failed because the service is temporarily unavailable.
Please try again later."

Error Code: 80004002

Ive had this problem for a month already and It wont go away..
I've tried removing it and re-instaling it but I cant find it in my
programs to removie it, and when I try to install an older version
it says I have to remove the newer version first? The problem is
I cant. I've searched for the error code 80004002 and I cant find
it. So how do I fix this problem? I tried to restore my computer,
that was just stupid because all that did was gat rid of my other
programs that I needed like Anti-Virus and some other
Programs/Software.

I have a laptop that is running Windows Vista and all my programs run perfectly my old msn was working fine but then when they updated it i tryed downloading it and it ran ok but it will not let me log in.... every time i try it says: "Windows Live communications has stopped working" ... "a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." it has been 3 months and no solutions... please help me !

I get weird errors, im probably hacked. basically i try to sign in once it says its wrong and ive tried too many times. i put in the same pass and put in the confirmation code and it says the account is timed out.

it doesnt let me sign in ever! its annoying

i've tried:

-restarting my computer, worked once

-re-installed live messenger

-web messenger

-change password 5 times

this is what its doing to me its been like this 4 bout a mouth ive just uninstalled it and downloaded it agen but still dont work i can get on the old msn but its shit and you cant go on cam so please HELP manythanks :)

the same thing has happend to me! I has uninstalled and deleted everything I can find on my computer that has to do with messenger, but every time I try to reinstall any version of messenger it sayes that I still have messenger! wth ): Did u find a sollution for ur similar problem?

@elitecssplayer you know how it shows ur time on the top right or the bottow right for me i had to change it to todays date and it worked fine did you change it by any chance it worked for me so try it set it to correct time or re set it and it should work worrked for me

OK i got my to work i updated my messenger plus and it started working hope this helps.

It's sooo simple!

All you've gotta do is find the registry file: "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AppID\{3806­89D0-AFAA"

and delete it!

It should work! It did 4 me!
