A FIX FOR THE BATTERY ISSUE ON THE SWAY: - Plug your charger into your phone. - Take out the battery. Wait 10 seconds. - Put the battery back in. - Let it charge. If that method doesn't work: - Remove the battery. Wait 10 seconds. - Plug the charger into your phone. - Put the battery back in. - Let the phone charge. Once the battery is fully charged it should have a few days worth of power. Previously, my phone would only last 1 day, but now it lasts for 3-4 days

My family never used any other company other than verizon but many of my friends use att and they have better connection and more features on their phones as well as better looking phones. But if you are a business person, verizon is better.

How do you add words to the T9 dictionary for this phone? I've tried spelling the word out in ABC mode and then switching back to T9, but it doesn't work. This method used to work on my previous phone (2nd generation LG Chocolate), so I was wondering if anyone knows how to do it for the Samsung Sway?

zigzag i had the same problem i just had my sway exchanged for that lawlz phone sucks ass tho the ringtones have to be in qcp format so bad quality "/ fail

sometimes when i turn my phone on it turns out a fuzzy and i have to keep turning it of and turn it on untill it goes back to normal
